This excellent show of student work provides an opportunity for Kingston College to exhibit the high standard of work produced within The School of Art, Design and Media, at the Richmond Road Site.
The work within this Exhibition gives an indication of the variety and standard of work produced by the Foundation students during the Examination period of 4 weeks this summer. During the recent OFSTED Inspection Report of April 2007, The Faculty of Design Studies was awarded a Grade 2, and The Kingston College Summer Shows, from 21st May through to the 20th June. are evidence of the excellent art, design and media education students receive at Kingston College.
The 48 completing Foundation students have applied for, and have been offered places onto, various degree subjects at art schools and university - including the following: Kingston University, Wimbledon School of Art, Westminster University, Manchester Metropolitan, Leeds School of Art & Design, University of the West of England, Portsmouth University, Bournemouth - Institute of the Arts, Southampton Solent, London Metropolitan University, Univeristy of the Arts > Camberwell, Central St Martins, London College of Fashion, The University of The Creative Arts, Central School of Speech & Drama.
